Digital Photo Printer

Im looking to purchase a digital camera in the next week or so but im not sure what im looking for. Are there any specific brands that i should stay away from? I was thinking about getting either a Nikon or a Canon. Maybe even an HP. I also plan on printing my own pictures because i have a photo printer. Does it matter whether i get a 7 mega pixel instead of a 10 mega pixel? Do i need to buy a memory card and if so how many GB??

I went on a class trip and our teachers told us not to bring digital cameras, but disposable ones so it’s not much of a big deal if they get lost or dropped in a puddle. I took tons of pictures and I would rather get them on a disc so I can upload them to my computer easier. Then, I can upload them onto my Facebook and print them with our photo printer. Where is the best (and cheapest)place to do this? Bear in mind that I live in a small area with no Kodak store. One camera is Target brand and the other is a Kodak Funsaver that I got in a giftshop.

Hi there,I’m looking to get a printer to print some photos (good quality ones from digital camera), and was wondering .. as the stores have semi – glossy paper and glossy paper , (semi glossy is considerably cheaper)..is the semi glossy suitable for photo printing, or would you strongly suggest going for the Glossy Paper. Thank you!

I just need it for basic printing from wordpad and to print colour photos i have stored on my PC from my digital camera.

Do I really have to scan them 1 by 1 through my printer or is there a way to do it more efficiently? I have at least 1,000 pics I would like to convert digitally & don’t want to take the time to do it by scanning 1 at a time.

I recently purchased a new DSLR camera and a new photo printer, and I’m ready to replace an older (smaller) monitor.

How much better are the monitors above $1000?

I’d like to just buy it online also, but I’ll go to the store if I have to.

in Pakistan, the cost per picture is 36rs approx… if i use a digital photo printer, how much will it cost per picture? .. whats the cost of its ink and its paper?
